Joining the Team

Joining the team is two steps: first register through the district on FinalForms, then get set up on TeamSnap, where we handle all scheduling, rosters, and communication.

Register on FinalForms

Complete and sign the parent and student athletic forms, upload a valid physical dated on or after April 15, 2026, and pay the pay-to-participate fee. This is how you officially register for the team. Open FinalForms →

Get Added to TeamSnap

Once you are registered, our team admin adds the player to TeamSnap. You will get an invitation email, open it and click the blue Join button, then create a free account or sign in and confirm whether you are the player or a parent.

Before You Can Play

Registration & Eligibility

Register on FinalForms
Complete and sign the parent and student athletic forms. Open FinalForms →
Physical
Upload a valid physical dated on or after April 15, 2026. It must be cleared in the system before a player can attend practice.
Pay-to-Participate
The district charges a pay-to-participate fee, paid through FinalForms. The payment window usually opens early in the season.
Academic Eligibility
Players must meet Birmingham Public Schools and MHSAA eligibility to compete.
Summer Play
Summer sessions require a current USA Field Hockey membership (select Great Lakes as your club). Get it →
District Registration

TeamSnap is our one channel for everything day-to-day: practices, games, schedule changes, and team messages. Rule of thumb: if it is about practices, games, or schedules, the answer is in TeamSnap.

Day-to-Day
TeamSnap. Accept your invite and turn on notifications so you never miss an update.
